Writing Update: Book Two

After a manic few weeks of non-stop writing I have officially finished a rough first draft of Book Two. Many characters did things that were unexpected in the course of the events, and the plot went in directions that were wholly unanticipated. I know, I know. I just released A Prophecy of Crimson Flames, but I'm already eager for readers to get their hands on Book Two!

Book Two does have a name, by the way. It won't be called Book Two for much longer, I promise. That's just a placeholder title I'm using before I reveal the official title. I plan on giving the official Amazon debut of A Prophecy of Crimson Flames a month or so to percolate before revealing any official news about Book Two. That, unfortunately, even includes the title.

I was finally able to get all of the PR loot boxes out after a bit of delay on Barnes & Noble's part. My first shipment of author copies got "lost" somewhere so I had to reorder, and as much as I love B&N, their printing and shipping for behind-the-scenes books like author copies takes absolutely forever. It would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating. So, everyone, I hope you get your boxes safely and enjoy what's inside!
